Prabhjot Kaur Sandhu

Prabhjot Kaur Sandhu is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and manual osteopath with a passion for health and wellness. She has extensive experience in the rehabilitation field along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. Prabhjot is passionate about educating her patients to improve their well-being and overall health through movement and strengthening techniques.

Prabhjot has expertise in several different techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point techniques, frictioning, joint mobilization, and hydrotherapy. Prabhjot is certified in perinatal massage and also offers acupuncture and cupping as a part of her treatments.

In addition to English, she also speaks and understands multiple languages such as Punjabi, Hindi and, Urdu.

Jasvinder Kaur Hundal

Jasvinder Kaur is currently a student at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College enrolled in the Doctor of Chiropractic program. She is set to graduate in 2026 and will begin her career as a chiropractor at Gorilla Manual Therapy. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Ryerson University. 

Jasvinder is also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, guiding individuals towards their fitness goals and fostering a love for an active lifestyle.

As a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) leader, she is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists and researchers. Serving as a research assistant in rehabilitation, she contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance our understanding of human movement and recovery.
