Perinatal Massage

Perinatal Massage is designed specifically for women. Our therapists are certified in pregnancy, postpartum, infant, and breast massage.

Breast Massage

Our therapists are skilled in lymphatic drainage issues including congestion, swelling or edema, breast pain that is not of a benign, non-inflammatory origin, pain associated with pregnancy or lactation issues, and scar tissue/post-surgical management (breast implants, reconstruction, augmentation).

Pregnancy and Postpartum

Special techniques and positions are used to accommodate the changes in the body and avoid any pressure on the abdomen or certain sensitive areas. Therapists use techniques that focus on relieving common pregnancy or postpartum-related issues such as back pain, leg cramps, and swelling. They may also help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

Infant Massage

Infant massage involves gentle movements on a baby’s body. The goal of infant massage is to teach the caregiver how to massage their baby to improve bonding between parent and baby, promote relaxation, improve sleep, reduce fussiness, promote sensory and motor development, aid in digestion, relieve colic, promote circulation, and improve muscle tone and coordination.
